About the Job

To keep the Office running efficiently and effectively. Helping customers with appointments, information, and running the office. Helping the Service Manager by building Estimates. Keeping the Office and waiting room tidy and clean for internal and external customers. Answering the phone and helping customers to make an appointment. A positive attitude is a must. No Experience Necessary

Job Details:

Answer Phone.
Schedule Appointments.
Track Incoming parts.
Track returns and returns process.
Greet Customers.
Send Facepay Link to all customers after drop off.
Cash Customers Out.
Keep the Waiting room and office clean.
Refill coffee and drink stations.

With this position there is room for growth into other departments.
