They have been flexible with getting my cars in, have provided me with clear honest evaluation of service needed, and the great work they have done has kept my vehicles running safe and comfortable for the life of my vehicles. I’ve gone to the same mechanic since I was able to drive, and they unfortunately were bought out 5 months ago. This was my first time to Pat’s on a recommendation, and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. I submitted an online request on a Sunday night, then was able to drop my car off first thing Monday morning. I received a fast & comprehensive online assessment of my vehicle that included pictures and videos, then worked with Scotty in the shop who expertly and thoroughly explained everything they were doing to my vehicle. Thanks Pat’s! I’ll definitely be back, but hopefully not for a while!

Needed some service work--a bumper adjustment. Real pleased!

My friend and I had a 5 hour trip ahead of us and this garage took me in within minutes , had the vehicle looked at , printout of cost then with my OK they ordered the parts . The employees ( front desk Jane and the owner) went above and beyond to get my car in and work on 3 different parts . The mechanic Jeff took half the time it should have !!! He had the defective parts out of car before the parts even arrived at the garage !!! I highly recommemd this garage to everyone ! They treated me like a Queen , unbelievable teamwork , in and out in one afternoon , please go here if you need mechanical work done, definite 5 STAR Garage . I forgot it’s the cleanest one also I have ever seen !!!!! Thank you again Pat’s you Rock
