I received an upfront/free comprehensive written analysis (w/ pictures) of any issues with my vehicle. Scott (3rd generation owner) walked me thru their findings, respective costs and answered all my questions. He is honest and there was no pressure nor hard-selling. The job was done quickly and for a fair price. I will certainly be going back to Pat’s for future repairs and I highly recommend their team.
