I really liked the service I received. I did not realize that photos would be taken of specific areas under the vehicle during my inspection, but I was happy that that was done. The visuals in addition to how the quotes were broken down were super helpful. I think it was great that I got to see the cost of the part, Labor, and tax split up because other places I’ve seen will just say a generic “x” per hour statement to avoid giving you a real estimate. Paying over the phone was also super convenient for me because I needed to pick up my vehicle after their business hours were over. My first experience was a really great one and I’ll definitely be back.

I saw a commercial late evening for Pat's automotive saying that they work on older cars. So I went to their website and filled out a simple form for an appointment. Got a text confirming the appointment. Dropped off the car. They did a lot of work on my 78 4 speed Camaro. Jobs done were, rear diff flush and fill, power steering flush and fill, clutch disc, pressure plate,throwout bearing and flywheel resurfacing. Also had a rear main seal and heater core done. That's a lot of work to be done at once,but they took care of everything without a problem. After losing three elite elders within three years I got behind on things I needed done on the car. Pat's Automotive got my ride back to being a great driving car again. They did such a great job, I just had them do a lot of preventative maintenance on my daily driver. Again , they did a wonderful job. Now they're going to get my Hemi Charger for some work. This shop is an excellent shop and I recommend them highly. Don't put up with a car that has problems. Get them fixed at Pat's.

It took the time to show me what exactly was wrong with my car so I could make an informed decision. Explain to me the dangers of what could happen if I didn't get to certain things fixed

Pat's is such a wonderful local auto shop that helps you really understand what's wrong with your vehicle and does excellent work in fixing the problem. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Great service. Got my vehicle in for inspection and NYS Inspection. Very happy with the price and they thoroughly inspected my vehicle. Actually found an oil leak that needs to get fixed and a few other issues. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely be taking my vehicle there if needed.
