They were diagnosing a small leak. When they couldn’t find it they told me to drive for a week and bring it to them to revisit the problem. I did not get charged the 2nd time. Unfortunately, the cost for the repair of the leak was unreasonable for how much the car cost. They were honest about the cost and took care of the car in a timely manner.

Completely explained issue with car and what it would take to fix. It was a high value complex job, one in which I was not concerned with the cost but getting the car fixed because that is what I wanted. Initially went to Cadillac dealer who turned me away and indicated that my late model 2010 could not be repaired for its oil leak and that they didn't have the expertise to repair. Pat's Garage fixed it with no problem. Only minor issue was oil pan that we tried to save on but needed to redo anyway. In retrospect, should have just got all new parts from the beginning of the job. Very pleased with the outcome and appreciate having a local knowledgeable family owned mechanic that can tackle any job. All my cars will be serviced by the extremely friendly service staff and mechanics.

Had a heat shield re-attached for 60$ they came back with a packet full of issues with my vehicle, they spoke to me about the issues as if they needed to be replaced as soon as possible when in reality the only other thing I needed was new shocks in the rear, they wanted to charge me 900$ for two shocks and 1,300$ for a new part for exhaust, there was a long list of other stuff that didn't need attention in reality and in total they tried to get me for 4,200$ in repairs, I was able to go to another shop and got both shocks in the rear replaced for 650$

I had a great experience dealing with Scott and everyone there. I trusted what I was told was wrong with my car and he worked with me to get it inspected. I will be going there for all my car issues from now on. It was nice to know a loaner was available as well, as it is hard for me to leave my car due to work situations. So once again I was in a jamb, I had a long trip ahead of me from Fairport to cold/snowy Hamburg NY in the morning. I realized the day before I that had 3 out for 4 tires with bad leaks around the rims. Scotty and staff got me in right away and as usual did a great job of repairing all 4 wheels and I was good to go! Thanks to all of you for your great service!!!

This place is awesome. I will never be going anywhere else for anything related to servicing my car. I love the system they have that shows you everything you need to know about your car and then it was amazing how thorough Scotty was when he called me to go over everything. Jane who answers the phone is also so lovely. This place has fair prices, and the people are not only nice but super caring.
