East Rochester Auto Repair

We have been going to Pat's for years now. We found them when Hoselton suggested we go to them for a repair. Ever since we have been very impressed with the service and the case they give our vehicles. Pats never pushes us to have a repair unless leaving it alone is unsafe. We are able to know what our vehicle needs and wait to make repairs if we need to. The service is great and I would recommend Pats to anyone (and have in the past!).

I’ve done a few repairs at Patt’s and they are my go-to shop. They are very thorough with inspection. They have a good system in place to diagnose problems in levels of severity (I.e critical, moderate, etc. ). Whenever possible, there is an associated image with each diagnosis, so you can see the problem with your own eyes. Labor isn’t cheap but they do a good job so I don’t have too many complaints.

My dad always took care of my cars and when he died, I tried so many shops, but never felt truly comfortable until I stumbled on to Pat's. I feel truly taken care of there, just like I did when my dad took care of my service and repairs. I had moved much farther west for a while and after 13 years of trusting Pat's I found myself looking elsewhere for my service and repairs. During that time, I always felt taken advantage of and never trusted the work. Scott and the folks at Pat's had me completely spoiled. So glad to be back in the area. Always honest and thorough and the work is always done right. The only shop I trust! The loaner car helped get me through a lengthy repair process without inconvenience.
