These guys are amazing! I was on a family trip from Maine to Indiana when our van started to overheat because of a coolant leak. I got in at 8am and they had me on the road by the close of business and gave me a ton of other helpful info about the car along the way.

I’ve been doing business with Pat’s for about 5 years. Scotti and his crew are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I’ve trusted my daughters’ cars with Pat’s also. I feel they are trustworthy and very customer oriented. Thanks Scotti!

Although nobody wants to spend $ to get their car fixed, if you've got to do it, Pat's is the place to go. Honest, and fair priced.

Radiator Repair, Friendly staff but suggest you get quote in writing. Price quoted over phone was comparable to another garage I had my vehicle checked, but they did not honor what was quoted over phone and over charged for service hours. Bill should have been 1500.00 with price quoted, charged 1800.00. Dear Pat, The quote was given to me over the phone, but the car was in your shop and it was diagnosed for what repairs were needed with cost. Also, I ended up having to replace the engine coolant temperature sensor on Saturday due to car still having temperature issue after I picked it up Friday evening. I feel this should have been caught as well as the underlying cause of radiator failure, it controls the fan. Instead I was told I might need an 834.00 new fan. Later it was determined I did not. The price I paid was what was quoted with new fan. Charge 3 hours for thermostat which requires the removal of 2 bolt. At 130.00 an hour for labor, I would say this is excessive. I also had another shop give pricing of 980.00 for radiator repair, so 1030.00 was reasonable. When I call concerning extra charges I was told instead of 4.5 hours of labor, which I was quoted, the extra labor coat for the thermostat should have been charged to radiator repair. So that means the 4.5 hour job took you 6.5 hours. FYI, I have a friend who worked in radiator industry for 39 years and he stated the radiator would take around 3.5 hours so since mine was a hemi I was not concerned with the extra hour quoted for radiator repair.. I called on Monday with my concerns and this is what I was told. If you wish to call me we can discuss.

Hi Rhonda, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review we really appreciate it being a small business. We require vehicles to come in to get a quote because there are so many makes and models, different rust levels on vehicles, different driving habits or care of the vehicle. It would be next to impossible to give you an accurate quote over the phone. Clients would be even more upset if their estimate was extermely low then we had to change it. We don't want to mislead customers. Some times even when vehicles come in things do change because of things we can't see, foresee, or continued issues with covid delayed shipping and manufactoring.
