I have been taking my car to Pats for the last few years and have always had a great experience. They are honest, down to Earth, and family oriented. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars I’ve always felt hesitant about repairs since I could easily be over charged, but that has never happened to me here. I’m always kept informed about what they are doing/thinking the problem is. I dropped my car off there last night since it wouldn’t start, and got a call at 830am requesting I bring my original key to them since they had my spare (they wanted to check the fob battery). I live close so I offered to walk it to them since I have no vehicle currently, and he remembered that I am 38 weeks pregnant and said “absolutely not, I will come get it from you”. Caring about your customers that much is so rare. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Hands down the best place you could take your vehicle!!
