Scott and his team were outstanding to work with. I brought 2 cars to Pat's with significant issues preventing them from passing inspection. Scott worked with me in both cases to first, assure that me and my family were safe, and second doing everything he could to keep the cost down as much as possible. I would guess that in the case of both cars, Scott saved me well over $1,000. When dealing with car repairs I always felt like other garages were hiding something, or slipping some unnecessary repairs onto the cost. I feel the exact opposite when I take my cars to Pat's. I recommend them highly for any repair, and I will most assuredly be a customer for as long as I live in the Rochester area.
