This place got me in quick, did the job right, rates were fair, and staff was super friendly. I'll definitely be returning. Update - went back with a new problem and they fixed everything, worked with me while I figured out how to pay for everything needed, and were so friendly. I also love that they explain what's wrong and what's necessary to fix versus what can wait and how long. I'm so glad I found this place and they're definitely my go to mechanics now. Another Update - they saved me when I got a flat for a super affordable cost and hooked me up with the friendliest tow truck driver ever. They also just fixed my headlights and gave me an oil change - all done timely, affordably, and by friendly and competent staff. LOVE this place!

My car was due for my NY State inspection. I called and scheduled an appointment. I was given an appointment for 2 days later. I used the drop box and left my car the night before. I received a text letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up by 3:00 pm. When I picked up my car I was even given a pine scented air freshener and a small bottle of moisturizing hand sanitizer. This is a small business that truly appreciates their customers.

I’ve gone to Pat’s Automotive for a couple of things in the past and plan on using Pat’s in the future. I was referred by family and the Louis J. Grossi Construction company. Ease of making an appointment was simple by filling out an online form. Following up with a computer generated detailed report with findings and mechanic recommendations that can be downloaded and viewed as issues or finding are being discussed over the phone by Scott or one of his mechanics. Definitely good quality, locally owned business. I’d recommend.
