I had a great experience dealing with Scott and everyone there. I trusted what I was told was wrong with my car and he worked with me to get it inspected. I will be going there for all my car issues from now on. It was nice to know a loaner was available as well, as it is hard for me to leave my car due to work situations. So once again I was in a jamb, I had a long trip ahead of me from Fairport to cold/snowy Hamburg NY in the morning. I realized the day before I that had 3 out for 4 tires with bad leaks around the rims. Scotty and staff got me in right away and as usual did a great job of repairing all 4 wheels and I was good to go! Thanks to all of you for your great service!!!

This place is awesome. I will never be going anywhere else for anything related to servicing my car. I love the system they have that shows you everything you need to know about your car and then it was amazing how thorough Scotty was when he called me to go over everything. Jane who answers the phone is also so lovely. This place has fair prices, and the people are not only nice but super caring. This is the blueprint of how every automotive shop should be. 10/10 recommend
