this was my first time in pat's. i was a bit nervous, as i have had bad experience with dishonest mechanics in the past, but i immediately felt at ease with pat's staff. they were so friendly, especially scott. he showed me exactly what was wrong with the car, and encouraged me to come by to check out the work he was doing, something no other mechanic has ever done. he worked hard to finish my car quickly. i will be using pat's for all of my future car work, and recommending them to everyone!

Tabatha said Mike was wonderful. Her experience was super good. They offered to take her home, which was extremely important to her. They also put paper down to protect the inside of her vehicle. The only thing was that since it was icy when she left, her brakes were not working. She pumped them three times and pushed it to the floor. She had to use her emergency brake. They are good people.

William said he had a problem suddenly pop up with his vehicle. The business was able to repair it the same day he brought it in.
