I have five cars and all five of them are serviced at Pat's. They get the work done and if there are any follow-up issues they take care of them immediately. They take the time to go over the problem and show you the problem if want to see it. Friendly shop with friendly employees. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done and does not know anyone or is unhappy with their current mechanic.
