Spoke with Hillary. She said her husband and she were actually visiting a friend from out of town and were referred by that friend to go to this business. They were able to get them in right away and all the work was done fast and well. They did not try to up sell anything to them. They told them what needed to be done now and later and let them choose what they wanted to do.
