The entire staff was wonderful. They do a very comprehensive exam of the vehicle and send you pictures with a report. I will be back.

Wanna talk about saviors.... here they are people. My engine temp decided to take a drastic turn for full hot. Couldn't figure it out myself. Called the shoo said they were busy but if I came over they would look at it. Did more than that for me honestly. Then totally Said I didn't owe them a penny for their 2 hours. Found the issue scheduled a appointment to fix said issue. Straight life saviors Scott and crew are! Won't go anywhere else

These guys are awesome! My car is a lease so not much is needed but I have them do my NYS inspections. They are efficient, thorough and their customer service is bar none. Thanks guys!

I found Pat’s on its website. It claimed to have expertise with Fiats. Having had over-heating problems with my 1981 Spider for over 40 years, I gave Pat’s a try. (No other mechanic seemed to understand the problem.) Scott diagnosed the issue immediately . Not only was the over-heating remedied, but Scott uncovered an issue with the braking system. I was able to retrieve parts from suppliers in Georgia and Texas, handed them over to Scott, and I’m on the road safely again. The term expertise is inadequate to describe the service this shop provides.

I am SO pleased with the service I receive!!! When my tire was going flat they told me to come right in and they would check it out. I can stop by anytime with any concern no matter how big or small and they make the time to look at the problem. I also had the exhaust replaced in my car at the last visit. I highly recommend Pat's Automotive!
