East Rochester Auto Repair

I only have good things to say about Scott and his team at Pats Radiator and Automotive Repair. They're all very friendly and informative and they do whatever they can to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible. There have been multiple times that I've brought my truck to them, and they have stayed past close to make sure I was able to get it back asap. I won't go anywhere else.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Pat's for 30 years or more!! There is no auto repair shop in the Rochester area that I would trust more!! I am one who always wants to know the details about what's going on with my car, even though I am not very knowledgeable in that area. Scotty and Scott have always explained things to me in a way I could understand, without being at all condescending!! I have referred many friends and family members to Pat's over the years and will continue to do so!! They have gone above and beyond for me many times - dropping me off somewhere while my car was being worked on, helping my kids out with fairly-priced repairs on their first cars, etc. I continue to drive a 20 year-old Toyota Camry today that has been maintained since day one by our friends at Pat's. I think that says a lot right there!! I hope Pat's will be in business for many more years to come!!

This shop has been nothing short of extraordinary. Every time I walk in I feel like family because of how much they actually care. Scott went above remembering my name, he remembered the exact situation with my car, the fact that I quit my other job and got a new one annnddd cared to ask about it. It seems little but its the little things that make this little shop seem so much bigger. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else I don't care how long the drive is haha.

Great affordable place. Did excellent work to my truck ... staff and owner were very friendly and easy to talk to and explained the problem and the best solution....

This place is great!! I love how personable they were. My car would not start and I had a mini heart attack and didn't think I would be able to get to class on time. They took my car and checked it right away and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this place!

I always feel like an extended member of the family when I bring my car(s) in for service. They do the outmost attention to get you back on the road as soon as possible, explaining the options for servicing / repairing your vehicle. Been looking to Pat's for automobile help for 4 years now after switching from another repair shop in the neighborhood after I got the feeling of being taken for granted.

It really doesn't get better than this when coming to an auto shop. They are willing to take on any challenge you throw at them and will get it done in a timely manner. The best part is the "family vibe" you get when walking in. It's just something that cant be overlooked and makes me want to come back again and again. Literally the best in town.
