Service is top notch, I moved from East Rochester area to Henrietta, but I prefer to take the drive to Pat's for all our car needs. Always friendly, professional, and prompt.

Overall I had a great experience at Pat's. I unfortunately had a starter fail prematurely due to other problems I'm having with my car, and they were able to get a new one for me at cost from the supplier even though it was no longer covered by the warranty. Unlike previous shops that I've taken my car to they were able to identify the root cause of my starter woes. They also took pictures while working on the car and emailed them to me so I could see exactly what was going on. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a shop with honest and knowledgeable mechanics.
