I would never go back because I felt the « critical » recommendations were not critical at all! This place wanted me to spend thousands of dollars on things that are not needed. I have several friends who know cars inside and out couldn’t believe the report! It’s a shame because it was honest before.

I’ve been going to Hyundai for years for everything but I don’t feel the same level of trust these days. I heard about Pat’s and went in for annual inspection. Never been here before and they were extremely friendly and communicative. Dropped my car off Sunday night and first thing Monday morning I received a status text with a picture of my car in the shop and updates throughout. No guessing as to where I stood and what was needed. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them. They took excellent care of their customers!

My husband recently had his 67 Firebird into Pat’s. Having trouble with starting, overheating & many other issues. They diagnosed the issues, prioritized the most important & gave him an estimate for each recommended repair. No pressure to do any of them. When he picked it up, everything was great! In a 67 car there’s always something, but as they occur, he’ll definitely give Pat’s a call & talk to Scotty and/or Tony! The ladies in the office are professional & very helpful!

Pat's automotive earns their business by 1) texting several pictures of all work needs and concerns 2) providing a complimentary loaner vehicle 3) Gives courtesy calls a week after the work to check-in on your vehicle 4) problem solves when asked to trim down any inneficient charges 5) Offers no push-back when I opt to make some repairs myself 6) Allows you to provide new parts you ordered to trim part costs Above all, they're trustworthy.
