Who We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated individuals eager to learn more about automotive and customer service
- Someone with strong customer relations skills and a willingness to train and improve
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using computers, tablets, and online systems

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with scheduling, check-in, and check-out
- Manage production activities in coordination with the business owner
- Build and sell recommended services ethically and professionally
- Monitor workflow to ensure customer promise times are met
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Keep accurate records of declined and recommended services in the POS system
Remote Automotive Service Advisor
Remote Position 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time
What You’ll Do:
- Work an 8-hour shift starting at 8:30 AM Eastern Time
- Log in remotely and manage daily workflow efficiently
- Build 8-10 estimates per day with accuracy and detail
- Communicate with customers about estimates, repairs, and service updates
- Answer calls remotely and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repairs with technicians
- Work closely with the in-shop team to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain detailed customer records and repair recommendations
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience as a Service Advisor (independent shop or dealership)
- Strong customer service & sales skills – friendly, professional, and empathetic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized & detail-oriented – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Technical knowledge of automotive repairs & estimating software
- Ability to work remotely – must have:
- Reliable high-speed internet
- A quiet, professional workspace
- At least one computer monitor (two preferred)
- Self-motivated & proactive – able to stay productive without direct supervision
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
