Following my service last week, my car is running great!! It's wonderful to know I have a place to bring my car for service where I always feel welcomed and can totally rely on the recommendations and service I receive. The availability of an appointment and the turn-around time for the completion of the service are excellent; I also know that if I have any concerns about my car, I can stop by the shop and someone will make the time to check my vehicle. Having access to a loaner car is also great and takes the pressure off rushing the completion of the service on the car. HUGE thanks to EVERYONE at Pat's Automotive!!!!!

I made an appointment here last minute due to another mechanic shop never showing up to my appointment. I’m so glad I ended up with this pats automotive. Not only is it really cozy and welcoming inside, but the customer service is hands down the best I have ever experienced from most businesses. They were able to get me in same day and provided live updates with a full report including photos of issues with the vehicle. They made pick up and payment a breeze with their lock box and payment plan options. 10/10 recommend. I applaud the entire staff for their excellent work and will definitely be coming back here and recommending to anyone that asks. I would give them 10 stars if I could ⭐️

I live in Greece. I will gladly cross the city to East Rochester whenever my car needs servicing and deal with Scott, Melody, and Jane. You know that anxiety you feel when your car isn't working? Never had that feeling. And I love being able to support a local business, especially a business with integrity. My dad, who also lives on the west side, has already booked an appointment. Went to Pat's this morning after reading all of the reviews. There's no exaggeration. This is some of the best customer service I've ever had, anywhere. Extremely friendly. It felt like walking into a place I've been going for years and it was my first time today. Every single person there contributed to a wonderful experience. I'm never going anywhere else. Pat's is the real deal.
